Lottery Results for Saturday 15th December 2012

There is nothing like the tantalising possibility of winning a lottery jackpot to brighten up an otherwise grey evening in mid-December, and last night was a good illustration of that. The Powerball game boasted a brand new jackpot of $40 million and the SuperEnalotto game had a top prize of €29.5 million. In the UK, there was a new jackpot of £4 million in the Lotto game and over in Ireland the Irish Lotto game was offering around €4.5 million to anyone who could match all of the numbers required. There was plenty of action taking place, so let’s get straight down to business by revealing the lottery results for Saturday 15th December 2012

UK Lotto Results

  • 06 – 19 – 22 – 23 – 28 – 29 Bonus Ball: 18

The midweek UK Lotto jackpot was shared by two winning tickets, so there was a brand new jackpot on offer in the Saturday Lotto game. This time, three tickets matched all six of the main numbers to share a jackpot of £3,468,222, which means that each of those tickets is now worth £1,156,074. There were 14 tickets that matched five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball number to win £76,224 each, and the total number of prizes won was 624,210. Full details of the prize schedule for Saturday can be found by visiting lottery.co.uk, and the jackpot for the next game this Wednesday 19 December will be worth around £2.2 million.

Health Lottery Results

  • 01 – 02 – 16 – 20 – 29

Two of the five numbers drawn in the Health Lottery game last night had also been drawn on the previous Saturday, and this time one ticket was able to match all of the numbers to win the £100,000 top prize. Well done to the owner of that ticket and also to the owners of over 5,000 tickets that matched four or three numbers to win a consolation prize of £250 or £20 each.

Irish Lottery Results

  • 03 – 13 – 15 – 22 – 26 – 30 Bonus Ball: 09

As always, Irish Lotto players had a 1 in 8.1 million chance of landing the jackpot on Saturday night, and this time the jackpot weighed in at a very nice €4,650,968. One player won that prize outright, so it is a good bet that he or she will be doing some serious Christmas shopping in the near future. Over 46,000 tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers, with two of those tickets matching five main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball number to win €25,000 each. The next Irish Lotto game this Wednesday will offer a brand new guaranteed jackpot worth €2 million.

Powerball Lottery Results

  • 15 – 23 – 40 – 44 – 55 Powerball: 14

There was a fresh jackpot of $40 million to be won in the Powerball lottery game last night, but none of the tickets entered for the game succeeded in matching all five main numbers as well as the Powerball. Four tickets matched five main numbers only to win a generous second-tier prize worth $1 million each, and 346,485 other tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. The next Powerball jackpot this Wednesday will be worth $50 million and it will be very interesting to see if the game can deliver its third eight-figure midweek jackpot-winner in a row.

SuperEnalotto Results

  • 15 – 26 – 35 – 39 – 53 – 59 Jolly: 11 SuperStar: 66

The SuperEnalotto game promptly returned to normal after a postponed Saturday game last week, and unfortunately for players that meant more rollovers in the draws that took place on Monday and Tuesday. There was another jackpot rollover in the game last night, so the next SuperEnalotto jackpot this Tuesday will be worth around €29.9 million. The good news is that more than 37,000 consolation prizes were won in the latest game, so visit superenalotto.net for full details of those as well as details of the winning SuperStar entries.

Saturday Australian Lotto Results

  • 05 – 07 – 09 – 16 – 20 – 41 Supplementary Numbers: 06 and 11

Australia’s latest Saturday Lotto game created two jackpot winners, and because the jackpot pool boasted a value of AUD $3,967,503, each of those winning tickets is now worth AUD $1,983,751. Another 56 tickets matched five main numbers plus one of the supplementary numbers to win AUD $9,621 each, and the total number of prizes landed was 598,257. The next Saturday Lotto jackpot will be worth around AUD $4 million, but we should also tell you that a very special AUD $30 million Mega Draw has been announced for Saturday 29th December, which will make things particularly exciting for players at the end of the year.

Lottery Results for Saturday 12th January 2013

As we said in our news item yesterday, there were some fantastic jackpots up for grabs in several of the Saturday lottery games, including a Powerball jackpot of $80 million and a SuperEnalotto jackpot worth €36.8 million. Irish Lotto players were hoping to win a top prize worth around €7 million and UK Lotto players had an advertised jackpot of £4 million to pursue. The only thing stopping participants from landing any of these prizes was the ability to match all of the numbers required by the games in question, so the big question is whether or not any of them managed to do that. Join us on our round-up of the lottery results for Saturday 12th January 2013 and all will be revealed…

UK Lotto Results

  • 03 – 07 – 11 – 12 – 24 – 27 Bonus Ball: 13

There was a bizarre mix of good and not-so-good news in the UK Lotto game last night, and the good news was that the jackpot was landed. The not-so-good news for those involved was that there were eight winning tickets and the advertised jackpot of £4 million weighed in at a far lower value of £2.26 million. That gave each of the jackpot winners an equal share worth £278,365, which is far better than not winning at all but not really the kind of money that UK Lotto players have come to expect. The full prize breakdown can be found at lottery.co.uk and the next jackpot this Wednesday is estimated to be worth around £2.2 million.

Health Lottery Results

  • 08 – 16 – 29 – 41 – 46

The big advantage of the Health Lottery game is that the top prize is fixed at £100,000 and it isn’t shared between multiple winners, so players know that if they match all five main numbers they will win that sum even if someone else manages to do the same. Unfortunately no player succeeded in winning the top prize on Saturday, but over 3,800 participants did manage to match four or three of the numbers to win £250 or £20 each.

Irish Lottery Results

  • 02 – 13 – 22 – 24 – 32 – 33 Bonus Ball: 25

The advertised Irish Lotto jackpot of €7 million came in at the slightly lower value of €6.89 million, but as it happened no player was able to win it anyway, so the top prize rolled over to the next game this Wednesday. One ticket matched five main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball to win the second-tier prize of €25,000 and 48 tickets matched five main numbers only to secure a prize of €1,719 each. There were more than 45,000 prizes won in total, and the midweek jackpot is expected to be worth around €7.5 million.

Powerball Lottery Results

  • 10 – 14 – 21 – 23 – 47 Powerball: 07

No player was able to match all five main numbers plus the Powerball on Saturday, so the $80 million jackpot rolled over. Two tickets matched the five main numbers only to win $1 million each, 23 tickets won $10,000 each by matching four main numbers plus the Powerball, and 421,229 tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. The Powerball jackpot this Wednesday will be worth around $90 million, so we look forward to seeing if aspiring multi-millionaires fare any better next time.

SuperEnalotto Results

  • 09 – 12 – 13 – 30 – 48 – 86 Jolly: 72 SuperStar: 20

The €36.8 million jackpot attracted a huge number of players to the SuperEnalotto game on Saturday, but none of them succeeded in matching all six main numbers and so the next jackpot this Tuesday will be worth an even bigger €37.4 million. More than 60,000 consolation prizes were won in the main game, with 12 tickets matching five of the main numbers drawn to win €30,532 each. For further information about all of the prizes won in the main game – as well as those secured by SuperStar entries – visit supernalotto.net.

Saturday Australian Lotto Results

  • 02 – 06 – 11 – 15 – 31 – 34 Supplementary Numbers: 16 and 30

Six tickets matched all six main numbers in the Saturday Australian Lotto game. The jackpot had a final value of AUD $ 4,101,107, so each of those tickets is now worth AUD $683,517. There were 57 tickets that won AUD $9,777 each by matching five main numbers as well as one of the supplementary numbers, and more than 503,000 tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. The next Saturday Australian Lotto jackpot will once again be worth around AUD $4 million.

Lottery Results for Saturday 26th January 2013

Friday night was incredibly good for lottery players thanks to massive jackpots being landed in both the EuroMillions and EuroJackpot games. That success inspired plenty of players to be optimistic about the lottery games scheduled for Saturday night, and we are pleased to report that the optimism paid off in several instances. The most notable jackpots up for grabs were a Powerball jackpot worth $130 million, a SuperEnalotto jackpot worth €40.5 million and an Irish Lotto jackpot with an advertised value of around €10 million. Of course, the numbers that players were most interested in last night were the lottery results for Saturday 26th January 2013

UK Lotto Results

  • 02 – 06 – 21 – 29 – 34 – 47 Bonus Ball: 11

The UK Lotto game has been churning out jackpot winners as if it were an assembly line in recent weeks, and the lucky trend continued last night with three tickets sharing a jackpot worth £3,944,121. There were 20 tickets that matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to win £60,678 each, and the total number of prizes won by UK Lotto players was 495,399. Visit lottery.co.uk for a complete summary of the sums won at each of the five prize levels, and then get ready for a brand new jackpot of around £2.1 million this Wednesday 30 January.

Health Lottery Results

  • 01 – 09 – 14 – 16 – 30

After several draws without a top prize winner, the Health Lottery saw one ticket match all five numbers to win £100,000 last night. Congratulations to the lucky player concerned and also to the players who won a consolation prize of any kind. There were over 7,000 consolation prize winners, and they picked up sums of £250 or £20 each, according to whether they matched four or three numbers.

Irish Lottery Results

  • 03 – 09 – 13 – 20 – 21 – 41 Bonus Ball: 14

The final value of the Irish Lottery jackpot was €9.81 million, which was slightly less than the €10 million that had been estimated. As things transpired, no ticket was able to match all six main numbers anyway, which means that the jackpot rolled over to the next game. Three tickets matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to secure a second-tier prize of €25,000 each and 72 tickets won €1,482 each by matching five main numbers only. Over 67,000 other tickets won smaller prizes at the lower levels, and the estimated jackpot for the midweek game this Wednesday is €10.5 million. For the full results, visit the Results Page on IrishLottery.com.

Powerball Lottery Results

  • 03 – 22 – 26 – 41 – 49 Powerball: 18

The $130 million jackpot that was available in the Powerball game last night attracted plenty of casual players in addition to the regulars, but none of the participants managed to win it. Looking on the brighter side, six tickets matched the five main numbers without the Powerball to win a life-changing consolation prize of $1 million each, and there were 556,682 prizes won in total. The next Powerball game this Wednesday will offer a jackpot of around $151 million, which is a whopping $41 million more than we were looking forward to this time last week!

SuperEnalotto Results

  • 10 – 12 – 27 – 39 – 78 – 84 Jolly: 71 SuperStar: 35

January’s penultimate SuperEnalotto draw boasted a very impressive jackpot of €40.5 million, but no ticket succeeded in matching all six of the main numbers and so the jackpot rolled over once again. The good news is that one ticket matched five of the main numbers plus the Jolly to win a hefty second-tier prize worth €479,123, and more than 50,000 tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. Visit superenalotto.net for further information about those prizes and also for details of the prizes paid to winning SuperStar entries.

Saturday Australian Lotto Results

  • 06 – 12 – 25 – 36 – 39 – 43 Supplementary Numbers: 08 and 18

There was a brand new jackpot to be won in the Saturday Australian Lotto game, and the results last night included one main number (25) and one supplementary number (18) that had been drawn exactly one week earlier. That was where the similarity ended however, because whilst 12 players shared the jackpot a week ago, just one ticket matched all six main numbers last night to win the AUD $4,053,104 jackpot outright. 52 tickets matched five of the main numbers plus one of the supplementary numbers for a second-tier prize of AUD $10,602 each, and there were 548,995 prize winners in total. Well done to each and every one of you!

Lottery Results for Saturday 20th October 2012

The EuroMillions jackpot on Friday night wasn’t won by any player, so it was up to the lottery games on Saturday to provide the weekend’s jackpot-winning action. There were brand new jackpots to be won in the UK Lotto and Australian Lotto games, and hefty rollover jackpots to be won in the Powerball, SuperEnalotto and Irish Lotto games. Some of those jackpots were won and some rolled over yet again, as you will see in our concise round-up of the lottery results for Saturday 20th October 2012

UK Lotto Results

  • 09 – 10 – 24 – 37 – 39 – 40 Bonus Ball: 36

The midweek UK Lotto jackpot had been landed on Wednesday so there was a fresh one up for grabs last night. One ticket matched all six of the main numbers drawn to win it, and the owner of that lucky ticket is now £4,467,060 richer! Five tickets picked up a second-tier prize of £274,896 each by matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and the total number of winners was 459,683. The next jackpot will be worth around £2.2 million. For a complete breakdown of Saturday’s Lotto results visit lottery.co.uk.

Health Lottery Results

  • 01 – 24 – 26 – 38 – 42

The first Health Lottery draw since the introduction of the new Win Wednesdays game didn’t see any player win the top prize of £100,000, but that doesn’t mean that there wasn’t plenty to smile about. On the contrary – over 4,000 tickets matched four or three of the numbers drawn to win a consolation prize of £250 or £20 each, so well done to everyone concerned.

Irish Lottery Results

  • 02 – 12 – 15 – 29 – 34 – 35 Bonus Ball: 16

The Irish Lotto jackpot on Saturday had a final value of €5.13 million, but none of the tickets purchased for the game succeeded in matching all six main numbers required to win it. Of course, it wasn’t all bad news, and three tickets matched five main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball and won €25,000 each as a result. Another 44 tickets won €1,681 each by matching five main numbers only. The total number of consolation prizes won was 40,133, and the next Irish Lotto jackpot this Wednesday will be worth around €5.5 million.

Powerball Lottery Results

  • 04 – 21 – 28 – 31 – 44 Powerball: 10

A jackpot of $80 million available in the Saturday night Powerball game attracted plenty of hopeful participants. None of them were able to match all of the numbers drawn to land the jackpot, but four players won $1 million each by matching the five main numbers only. 23 tickets matched four of the main numbers plus the Powerball to win $10,000 each and the total number of prizes won was 399,707. The Powerball jackpot this Wednesday will be worth around $90 million.

SuperEnalotto Results

  • 02 – 05 – 28 – 36 – 69 – 81 Jolly: 29 SuperStar: 61

The odds of winning a SuperEnalotto jackpot are famously lengthy, so it was no great surprise to see the top prize roll over again on Saturday. The second-tier prize level was also vacant of winners, but 12 tickets won a consolation prize of €30,458 by matching five main numbers only. 1,212 tickets matched four main numbers to win €305 each, and 48,244 tickets won €15 each by matching three main numbers. There were also more than 62,000 tickets that won a prize thanks to the SuperStar feature, and full details of those prizes can be found by visiting superenalotto.net.

Saturday Australian Lotto Results

  • 10 – 25 – 26 – 27 – 32 – 35 Supplementary Numbers: 12 and 16

There were two jackpot-winning tickets in the Australian Lotto game on Saturday night and because the jackpot itself had a final value of AUD $4,006,942, each of those tickets is now worth a shade over AUD $2 million. 28 tickets matched five of the main numbers plus one of the supplementary numbers to win AUD $14,326 each and over 501,000 other tickets won smaller prizes. The next jackpot will be worth AUD $4 million.

Double Rollover Jackpot for Irish Lotto

Tonight there is a double rollover jackpot for the Irish Lotto main game of an estimated €3 million the previous two draws failed to produce winners who matched the six main balls drawn. Whilst the jackpot has remained elusive there have been four winners of the second prize tier amount of €25,000; one on last week’s midweek Irish Lottery draw and three on Saturday. So what will the Irish Lottery results reveal tonight? Another rollover or will the jackpot be won?

With just a few hours to go to buy tickets for tonight’s Irish Lotto draw your attention may be focused on trying to predict what the winning numbers will be so here are a selection of statistics relevant to the Irish Lottery results. If you wanted to use the six most popular main balls drawn for the Irish Lotto tonight then these are the numbers you should use:

  • 2, 3, 12, 32, 38 and 39

However if you are looking to incorporate a few overdue numbers then these are the six the haven’t been drawn in a while:

  • 8, 21, 35, 38, 39 and 43

Interestingly enough both 38 and 39, although two of the most common numbers drawn in the Irish Lottery results, they haven’t been seen for quite a while as main balls – 38 was drawn last 46 days ago on 26th November 2011 whilst 39 was last drawn as a main ball on 19th November 2011, 53 days ago.

However you choose your numbers you can see if the luck of the Irish is with you at about 8.30pm this evening when the Irish Lottery results will be available.

Irish Lotto Rollover Jackpot Estimated at €4 Million

For four draws the Irish Lottery jackpot has not been won which means the players in Ireland have an Irish Lotto rollover jackpot estimated at €4 million to play for tonight! The last draw to find a jackpot winner was on 31st December 2011 when one player scooped a jackpot of €4,164,479 after a double rollover that included an extra €1 million that had been added to the pot for the Christmas Eve draw. The same night as this Irish Lottery jackpot was won, 2,236 tickets were drawn in the Christmas Millionaire raffle too!

Whilst the last Irish Lottery draw didn’t produce any jackpot winners with the number 6, 9, 16, 23, 26, 27 and bonus ball 11, four players did manage to match five main balls and the bonus to win the second prize of €25,000.

Will your numbers be lucky tonight with the Irish Lottery results or are we set to see another rollover? You might be interested to hear a few number statistics for the Irish Lotto; details of the “movers and shakers” – the most common drawn numbers, numbers most overdue and the least common numbers to appear in the Irish Lottery results.

Most common drawn numbers:

  • 38 is the number that has been a main ball the most with 89 appearances
  • 2 and 3 have been out 86 times
  • 39 has appeared as a main ball 85 times
  • 32 and 12 have both been draw 84 times.

Most overdue numbers in the Irish Lottery results:

  • 35 last appeared as a main ball 35 days ago
  • 43 hasn’t been out for 63 days
  • 39, although one of the most common drawn numbers, has not been out for 60 days whilst the number 38, the most often drawn number, has not made an appearance for 53 days.
  • 8 also hasn’t appeared as a main ball for 53 days
  • 21 was last seen as a main ball 46 days ago

Least often drawn numbers:

  • 43, as well as being one of the most overdue numbers it stands to reason that it would appear as one of the least often drawn numbers making just 51 appearances as a main ball.
  • 25 was last drawn as a main ball 25 days ago and has only been out as a main ball 53 times.
  • 14 was last seen as a main ball on 21st December and has been a main ball 53 times also.
  • 16 appeared in the Irish Lottery draw of 14th January 2012 but has only been out as a main ball 58 times.
  • 33 was a main ball in the draw of 11th January 2012 but has only appeared as a main ball 60 times.
  • 34 has been out 62 times as a main ball.

Whether any of this information will sway how you choose your Irish Lottery numbers we don’t know but it will be interesting to see if any of these numbers make an appearance in tonight’s draw.
